Thank you for the support. I am very encouraged by both voter turnout and the percentage of our owners that voted in support of the merger with Central Valley Ag Cooperative. You will begin to see new signage and identification in the next few weeks as we prepare to begin doing business as Central Valley Ag Cooperative on September 1st. We are proud of what we have accomplished as United Farmers Cooperative and will carry that momentum into the new company. It is crucial that we look to the future and stay focused on adding value to you, our owner.
With that in mind, we are excited about our building project at Rising City. Our new space and dumping capacity will not be ready for harvest, but the new office and scale will be. We are also excited about the 81-20 project that CVA is completing adding speed and space to serve our owners in both Grain and Agronomy.
The past few months have been riddled with challenges in our business; dropping commodity prices, challenging railroad performance and several weather challenges. It is in times like this that your cooperative strives to be there for you. Our people are very focused on helping you find solutions to the challenges you experience. I am confident that by sharing and solving problems together we can add value to your operation.
We are in the last month of our fiscal year and I am happy to report to you that your cooperative is performing well. I expect that this will be one of the better years from a financial perspective that we have had.
