Description:
Responsible for the oversight of retaining and creating new sales of feed products and services to trade area producers by performing the following duties:
- Develop and oversee marketing and business plan for Feed Division.
- Communicate to Feed Employees and other Division Employees marketing directions of Feed.
- Ensure retention of current feed sales.
- Key contact with Strategic Feed Accounts.
- Create and communicate plans for sales growth in the Feed Division.
- Act as Coach/Mentor for individual Feed Sales people.
- Develop and Organize Sales plans and promotions.
- Establish and Monitor Sales Budget for individual sales people.

Description:
To perform inventory, reporting and compliance, and analytical functions for the various Agronomy and Feed Product Lines. The position will also be responsible for working with the VP of Business Management on various corporate finance projects. Other duties include:
- Provide direction to location managers in maintaining accurate inventory systems and reports.
- Reviewing variance reports on a monthly basis, to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Spot checking inventory on a periodic basis to ensure accuracy.
- Perform accounting functions including gross margin analysis, financial statement preparation, balance sheet reconciliations, inventory audits and monitoring of product partners.
- Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts and risk management projections for agronomy and feed.
