2. Join Zoom Meeting:
Upon registering, you will receive the direct link to attend the CVA Annual Meeting on the Registration Success screen as well as at the email you included with your registration. Meeting ID: 865 3641 8839 Passcode: wearecva You are not required to have a zoom account to participate.
3. Waiting Room
Upon registering and joining the Zoom Meeting, you will be placed in an online waiting room until your CVA membership is verified. This may take a few minutes, please stay in the waiting room until you are transferred to the meeting.
4. Join the Meeting
Upon entering the meeting, you will automatically be muted to ensure the panel speakers can be heard by all attendees. To view the Speaker, click “Speaker View” in the top right corner.
5. Ask a Question
If you would like to ask a question, hover over the bottom of your zoom screen until the menu appears, select “chat”. The chat room will then appear to your right (white box). Type your question into the chat box. Once your question has been submitted, a moderator will approach the panel. If you are unable to join the meeting, or are experiencing difficulty participating in the meeting, please call 785-534-2743 for assistance.
