With this service, we will send you a notification email along with your statement attached in PDF form the day your statement is available.

How to Enroll

There are three options to enroll in Email Statements with CVA. 

1. Online Form

Complete the below Email Statement Request Form

2. Direct Setup

Log in to your online CVA Customer Portal and click on Update Profile to switch to Emailed Statements.

Contact Member Services at memberservices@cvacoop.com or 402-362-8431. 

Please Note

Depending on when your request is submitted and the account(s) verified, you may receive up to one CVA statement by U.S. Mail following this request. If you need assistance, please email memberservices@cvacoop.com
