Central Valley Ag Promotes Nic McCarthy to SVP of Agronomy

(YORK, Neb.) – Central Valley Ag (CVA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Nic McCarthy as Senior Vice President of Agronomy. He will be responsible for leading the agronomy division of CVA, focusing on providing customers exceptional agronomic expertise, innovative solutions and overall value.  McCarthy previously served as Vice President of Operations Northern Region for CVA.  He will replace Karl Hensley, who recently announced his retirement as Senior Vice President of Agronomy from CVA.
CVA is an industry leader in providing trusted agronomic advisement and solutions. Their Advanced Cropping Systems (ACS) offering incorporates precision agronomy and technology into profitable solutions. Comprehensive seed, fertilizer and chemistry solutions are also available, with a focus on customer value and on-farm success.

McCarthy holds a associates of applied science degree in agronomy from Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska. He and his wife Jenny are parents to son Marshall, age 14, and to daughter Maggie, age 10.
