#WEARECVA Photo Contest

Length: June 11-July 20
 
Who can submit photos?
Anyone both within CVA and externally.
We want to encourage participation from employees and CVA patrons to capture CVA in many different aspects.
 
How many photos can I submit? Do I have to create a separate submission for each one?
You can submit up to 5 photos per category and each submission is a separate form.
 
What types of files are accepted?
We encourage you to submit high-resolution images in either a JPEG or PNG format up to 20MB.

What’s in it for me?
Three winning photos as well as a People’s Choice award will receive $100 cash gift cards. All submissions will be shared on social Media as a part of the “People’s Choice” award selection. We encourage you to share, tag and like your photo!
 
People’s Choice Scoring?
Once submitted, your photo will be placed in the “#WEARECVA Photo Contest” Album on our Central Valley Ag Facebook page. Likes, comments and shares will each be worth one point. The photo from the album with the most combined points will be the winner of the People’s Choice award. We encourage you to find your photo and share it among your own friends and followers!

#WEARECVA Photo Contest Terms & Conditions
The #WEARECVA Photo Contest is open to all. This includes CVA patrons, customers, employees, professionals, and community members who chose to showcase agriculture through vivid imagery. By entering the #WEARECVA Photo Contest you accept these terms and conditions.

 
ENTRY CONDITIONS
All entries must be uploaded through this webpage: www.cvacoop.com/wearecva and follow the on-screen instructions. Entrants must create a separate entry for each photo submitted. Entrants must complete all required submission fields. Entrants may enter multiple submissions, one entry at a time. There is no time or date restriction on when the image was taken.
 
FILES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATIONS:
File type: JPEGs or PNG (up to 20MB each).
Minimum file size requirements: 2,000 pixels on the longest edge.
No watermarks, copyright marks, logos, borders or signatures can appear on submitted photographs.
Copyrights: By submitting images to this competition, you certify that you have all rights to these photographs and that you grant Central Valley Ag permission to use these images in promotional materials, including but not limited to print, website and social media.
 
Prizes: Three awards will be presented to three winners. One People’s Choice award for the single most photo that is liked, shared and commented on the social media platform, Facebook, will also be presented. Winners will receive an $100 CVA Visa gift card and special placement in select print and online publications, including:

Social Media
Brochures, postcards and other materials
 
Judging: Entries will be judged by a panel of judges including: Tom Palmertree, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Central Valley Ag; Megan O’Hare, Creative Manager, Central Valley Ag; Mallory Wittstruck, Marketing Manager, Central Valley Ag; Kellie Reznicek Emanuel, Communications Specialist, Central Valley Ag; and Kristin Peterson, Advertising Coordinator, Central Valley Ag.
 
The decisions of the judges are final. Prizes and rewards are subject to change without notice and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
