WE ARE CVA | 2018 in Review

January 4, 2019

As we reflect on 2018 and look to the future of the new year, Central Valley Ag remains focused on embracing the cooperative spirit to deliver value to our members.

“I think we’ve shown and continue to show that we are committed to reinvesting. We’ve added a lot of speed and space strategically in certain areas,” said Kelby Vandenberg, grain merchandiser. “We are going to continue to do that to meet the demands of the owners.”

CVA is focused on providing the highest quality, value-added products and services to respond to continually changing customer needs. Our goal is to grow agriculture together with our customers to help feed and fuel the growing population. We will strive to make sure we continue to be a financially strong supplier long into the future.

Allen Eilert, CVA member-owner said, “the cooperative to me is that source of quality, dependability and steady consistent product that I couldn’t do on my own.”

Looking ahead, your cooperative will continue to invest in assets to improve our ability to serve customers and return profits to our member-owners. We will continue to focus on our core businesses of grain, agronomy, energy and feed while being guided by our core values of integrity, people, constant innovation, lifelong learning, and success.

“What I think is really important about being part of a cooperative is that we are members of the community that we’re in,” said Keith Byerly, ACS manager. “(As a cooperative) we try to give back to our community from a lot of different aspects and be good members of what’s going on around us. Not just take, but give back to the communities that gives so much to us.”

We look forward to serving you and future generations with your ever-changing agriculture supply needs across Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska. Thank you for your business and continued support. We are CVA.
