Brad Hoffman is the beef sales specialist in northeast Nebraska with over 30 years experience in the cow/calf industry. He specializes in helping producers with programs that best fit their operations. Service is a top priority along with knowledge in the industry from working with people in the business and owning livestock himself.
With 35 years experience in animal nutrition, Larry is a highly valued swine and poultry nutrition advisor. By providing technical service to producers he strives to aid in the success of your operation.
Norm has over 40 years of working with feedlots and cow-calf operations on nutrition, consulting and operational improvement through nutrition and feed sales. Norm services clients in your CVA area.
Steve serves clients at all CVA locations with swine-related services. Most of his time is spent in Northeast Nebraska working with producers on swine nutrition, facility opportunities, producer-to-producer networking, and swine financial information, such as closeouts and breakeven projections. Steve has 37 years experience in the field.

Aaron Dinklage is a Livestock Production Specialist through Purina Animal Nutrition. He services livestock producers mainly in North Central Nebraska and South Central South Dakota. Born and raised on a ranch in the Sandhills, Aaron specializes in cow/calf and backgrounding operations. Customer service and building relationships are very important to Aaron. He enjoys aiding producers in their actions to maximize performance and profitability in their livestock while utilizing their resources.
Taylor Ohlde grew up in Northeast Kansas on a diversified seedstock operation where he was heavily involved in junior programs and livestock judging. While in FFA he had a successful livestock judging career winning the State contest in Kansas. From there, he went to Hutchinson Community College followed by Kansas State University. Showing multiple breeds of cattle growing up and competing at numerous local, State, and national shows. His proudest accomplishment was receiving the Jordan Mack Memorial Herdsman of the year award in 2015. Currently he resides in Linn, Kansas where he serves as the feed sales representative based out of the Clifton office while also running a small herd of show cattle.
