CVA is now hiring Applicators and Operations in Grain and Agronomy with a $2,000 Sign-on Bonus in CVA's Southeast Nebraska Territory AND all Iowa locations. Sign-On Bonus eligible at the following locations: Bee, Gresham, Rising City, Staplehurst, Shelby, Tamora, Ulysses, Utica, and Waco in Nebraska; and Akron, Hinton, Le Mars, and Oyens in Iowa. 

*First $1,000 paid on Day One of employment. Second $1,000 is paid after One Year of employment.

The Central Valley Ag Scholarship Program is to assist the further education of students of CVA member-owners and CVA employees interested in pursuing higher education in an agriculturally related field. CVA will offer (16) $1,000 scholarships to students of CVA member-owners and (4) $1,000 scholarships to students of full-time CVA employees.
The 2021-2022 CVA Scholarship Program is now closed for applications. Deadline was March 1, 2022.

The Central Valley Ag internship program was established in 2011 to provide opportunities to students with interest in the agricultural industry. Hiring interns is a great way for CVA to get to know the next generation of leaders. CVA builds a strong relationship with students during their ten-week internship, in the end hoping to hire these talented individuals as full-time employees.
Our interns have the opportunity to explore career paths and job duties throughout Central Valley Ag. This includes, but is not limited to working with our outstanding sales team, grain marketing experts, operations managers, creative marketing professionals, talent specialists, IT support and top of the line agronomists.
