The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a cancellation order for three dicamba herbicides:
Xtendi Max with Vapor Grip Technology (Bayer)
FeXapan Herbicide (Dupont)
Engenia Herbicide (BASF)
The EPA is allowing growers and commercial applicators to use existing stock of these herbicides that were in possession of the growers or applicators as of 6/3/20 – and use/application of these herbicides must be completed as of 7/31/20 (state restrictions still apply).
CVA will honor the sales of these herbicides that occurred prior to or on 6/3/20 and will apply the herbicide (following label instructions) until the 7/31/20 deadline, in accordance with the EPA order. No new sales of these herbicides will be made, and no application will take place following the 7/31/20 deadline.
The EPA news release on this matter can be found here:

The EPA cancellation order can be found here:

Refunds for these products will be honored as needed and we will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our policy accordingly.
Please reach out to your CVA contact or Field Sales Agronomist for more information.

Effective immediately, CVA is pausing the sale and application of dicamba herbicides due to the recent ruling from the United States Court of Appeals that vacated the EPA’s registration of certain dicamba products. These products include:
Xtendi Max with Vapor Grip Technology (Bayer)
FeXapan Herbicide (Dupont)
Engenia Herbicide (BASF)
The pause of selling and applying of these products by CVA may be lifted if the court decision is suspended pending appeal, vacated by a higher court or reversed.
Refunds for these products will be honored and we will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our policy accordingly.
Please reach out to your CVA contact or Field Sales Agronomist for more information.
