CVA Receives 2018 CFA Input Finance Program Award

Directors Complete "Director Certification Program"

Gordon Luebbe and Carmen Schlickbernd, directors of the Central Valley Ag Co-op headquartered in York, recently completed a four-phase educational program co-sponsored by the Nebraska Cooperative Council and CoBank. Each will receive a Certificate of Recognition acknowledging completion of the program.

Rick Sanley receives award from Koch Fertilizer

Central Valley Ag (CVA) is excited to announce that CVA Transport (CVAT) driver Rick Sanley as the Koch Fertilizer LLC's Fall 2018 Impact Driver of the Season winner. The terminal in Aurora, Neb. took nominations this fall in search of drivers who were passionate about demonstrating strong values in safety, procedure compliance and awareness. From those nominated, the Koch Fertilizer Aurora Team selected Rick Sanely as the driver who exemplified those topics.

CVA recently hosted their Annual Meeting at the Holthus Convention Center in York, Nebraska on November 19, 2018, for member-owners to review the fiscal year. CVA reported $28 Million in Total Profit for their fiscal year 2018, ending on August 31, 2018.

Three CVA locations receive Platinum All-In Safety Award

Central Valley Ag invests in Nebraska Cooperative Farmer Member Health Plan

(York, Neb.) As costs increase for health insurance, Central Valley Ag (CVA) has worked to find ways to help keep their producer member's health care cost affordable. Through a partnership with Land O' Lakes, Inc. CVA is proud to offer a new health plan option to their producer-members in Nebraska. This new health plan, named the Nebraska Cooperative Farmer Member Health Plan, is under new multi-state, group, Association Health Plan (AHP) Regulations.

Area students receive 2018 CHS Foundation Scholarship Awards

Area students have been awarded a CHS Foundation Scholarship through the Arthur Capper Cooperative Center and the Department of Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University. Three freshmen were also awarded CHS Foundation Scholarships through the College of Agriculture at Kansas State University.
